Relevant Page Content
Whilst Search Engine optimisation, from your point of view, is directed at getting you high up in their rankings and therefore getting your site more traffic, the Search Engine do's not have the same goal.
Their goal is to serve their users with the most relevant content for their search, in this way they are likely to become repeat users of the site and therefore allow the Search Engine to charge for the adverts on the site.
You should always therefore make the content of your pages tie in with the Header tags AND be relevant, usefull copy for the user.
