| A shared operator monitors several websites at the same time. You will only be charged for the minutes they spend chatting with your site visitors. There is a minimum charge of $25.00/month. |
| A dedicated operator is responsible for monitoring one site only. Exact hours and coverage will be negotiated |

ATTENTION: For WSI Live Operator, you must also pay for all costs associated with the WSI Live Chat package/add-ons necessary to set the account up, such as the needed number of operator licenses, etc. At a minimum, you will need a 1 Operator Base Package.
